Security officers on assignment are required to make regular contact with dispatch, via a check call system, establishing their status relating to health, safety, and welfare. Should any check call be missed, emergency procedures are instigated.

Our computerized Officer Control System (Touch Probe) is installed on those sites requiring security officers to carry out patrols. This ensures that the security officer is fully accountable for his movements while on duty.

Armguard’s dispatch, which operates to our comprehensive guidelines, is manned by well trained and experienced staff 24 Hours per day.

Key holding & alarm response services are also available from Armguard, with clients’ keys stored securely in our offices. Following an alarm activation a mobile security officer can attend a clients site where they can act as main key-holder or alternatively accompany the main key-holder. Our patrol officers can even lock or unlock your place of business daily if needed
